We work on a practical problem: the physical seal is still required in many paper-based banking and corporate processes, but manual custody and paper registers cannot provide the control and evidence that modern risk teams need.
Our answer is a device that keeps the seal inside, binds every use to an authorized task, compares the full document, seals inside the enclosure and leaves a record. The device is supported by software for tasks, permissions, reporting and audit.
We do not claim that one device fits every scenario. Temporary sealing, seal-on-the-go, special seal types and non-standard documents require separate assessment. The goal is to make the boundary clear before a project starts.
