Background
Regulation requires tiered seal authorization and full-process control. Key seals were still managed manually, with manual review and paper registers.
Solution
Intelligent seal control plus AI self-service seal robots: approval tasks are issued automatically; the device prints, scans, compares, seals and archives. A Xinchuang version was also released.
Result
Pre-approval, in-process monitoring and post-event traceability across the bank; lower risk of page replacement, manual intervention and tampering; Xinchuang version adapted to a domestic OS.
